MODULE: Plan Events

Special Event/Activity (Checking Risks)

Your society has ONE Risk Assessment that covers ALL your ‘usual’ activity for year.

Anything you plan to do on top of this (e.g. pumpkin carving, a game of rounders) is classed as a ‘Special Event/Activity’.

When Should a ‘Special Event/Activity Form’ be Completed?

  • When your society plans to do something that is different (in addition) to your usual activity.

Why do we need to fill in a Special Event/Activity Form?

So we can help your event go smoothly, and protect you and your members, in case something goes wrong. We have tailored this short form to pin point the right checks needed to assess the risks – we can then put appropriate measures in place.

Special Event Form

Is this event a bit different from your usual society meet ups? Then it's time to fill in this form!
